YIN & RESTORATIVE

Yin is the calm, receptive opposite to dynamic yang. Of course we need both but our swiftpaced world tends to find life a little too heavy in yang! Yin Yoga focuses on the connective tissues of the body using longer-held, more supported asana to open up tight, dense areas that can build up over time. It’s great for those of us with slow-creep postural habits, those of us with specific sports goals and those of us who just want to take better care of our joint health. By coupling with restorative, this practice brings generous relaxation and renewal.

HYPNOBIRTHING TASTER SESSION

INTRODUCTION TO PILATES

control – breath – precision – flow – concentration – centring
During this workshop, we will work through some of the fundamental moves of pilates. Followed
by a full body stretch sequence and some guided relaxation. This fun and friendly workshop is
suitable for all abilities. Refreshments will be provided.
